Utile et Ordinaire is committed to delivering ordered items as quickly as possible. For these deadlines to be met, the customer must ensure that they have provided accurate and complete delivery information. A mobile phone number or email address is essential for delivery.
Please check the goods upon receipt and send us an email at contact@utileetordinaire in case of error or damaged goods. Delivery times vary depending on the availability of the ordered products and the delivery location.

Parcels delivered via Mondial Relay
• Your parcels remain at your disposal at the relay point for 5 calendar days after receipt.
• If you do not collect your parcel within this period, the order will be automatically returned to us.
• An automatic refund will be made directly to the payment method used for your order, a maximum of 15 days after receipt of your parcel in our warehouses.
• We will retain the original shipping costs, which remain due to our carrier.
