A chef's knife has a longer blade than a paring knife, saving you time when cutting and offering greater versatility . The rounded shape of its blade provides the knife with perfect balance and rhythm when cutting.
Its carbon steel blade allows you to slice, mince on a cutting board, peel fruits and vegetables, and trim meats. Its turned boxwood handle provides a very comfortable and lightweight grip.
Note : a carbon blade has a Exceptionally sharp , far superior to stainless steel when properly maintained. We recommend wiping the blade after each use. and leave the knife exposed to the air.

What is the return policy?
You can return your items within 15 days of receiving your order.
To submit a return request, you can:
- go through your customer interface, or
- send an email to contact@utileetordinaire.com specifying your order number and the items concerned.
Items must be returned:
- in their original packaging,
- unused and in perfect condition.
After receipt and verification of the items, the refund will be made within 48 hours.
Initial delivery charges are not refunded.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are prepared and shipped within 48 hours (except in exceptional circumstances).
Once shipped:
- Delivery is usually made within 48 hours with Colissimo
- or within 6 to 8 days with Mondial Relay
