Preparation based on chestnut honey harvested in Périgord and organic raw cocoa from Ecuador.

Fruity, tangy, vegetal , unroasted cocoa beans reveal their natural flavors. For balance, Delarosée has selected a chestnut honey that brings depth and a little bitterness . A complex and gourmet spread that offers another approach to cocoa.

Note: Mix well before first use.  The texture of honey changes over time; its crystallization is a natural phenomenon.

    Delarosée is two curious cooks, Anna and Benjamin , who love to discover, try and surprise.

    There is a story behind each of their products: encounters, quality sourcing, committed producers.
    All their artisanal preparations are made in their workshop in Vendée.

    Their adventure began several years ago with the - unexpected - meeting of a beekeeper from the Cévennes. The love he had for his job and his bees piqued our curiosity. They were far from imagining that a journey to discover a world of unsuspected wealth had just begun.

    A journey that brought them to meet other beekeepers but also artisans, grocers, chefs, epicureans, each sharing their daily experience of honey . A permanent wonder for a product that never ceases to surprise.
