Located in the Iwami region, in the heart of Shimane Prefecture, western Japan, the MOTOSHIGE workshop perpetuates the tradition of Iwami-yaki pottery , an ancestral craft of the region. Iwami-yaki is distinguished by its rustic appearance and the exceptional robustness of its materials.

What is the return policy?
You can return your items within 15 days of receiving your order.
To submit a return request, you can:
- go through your customer interface, or
- send an email to contact@utileetordinaire.com specifying your order number and the items concerned.
Items must be returned:
- in their original packaging,
- unused and in perfect condition.
After receipt and verification of the items, the refund will be made within 48 hours.
Initial delivery charges are not refunded.
