About Lise Bisleau – Atelier ANIMA

From childhood, Lise grew up in a world where art and nature played a central role .
Self-taught , she explores ceramics as a territory of materials, forms and meanings.

Based in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie , in the Vendée region of France, she creates everyday pieces blending local clay , raw textures , and clean lines . Her inspirations draw as much from Asia as from antique objects, always with the desire to celebrate the poetry of life and to give new meaning to everyday objects .
