These Japanese woks, or “Chūkanabe”, are exceptional cooking tools .

Coming directly from the professional world, their steel sheet construction allows them to become naturally non-stick over the first few uses.

Thanks to this, these woks also quickly reach a high and uniform temperature which allows food to be seared to perfection .

Thanks to their raised edges, you can easily make sautéed potatoes, fried foods, and stir-fries of meat and/or vegetables. These foods will have an incomparable taste.

If you have an induction hob, no problem, it is compatible with all hobs.

Note : Iron is a 100% natural mineral material. Iron molecules contribute to good health. The more the pan is used, the less food sticks, resulting in better cooking. This material is naturally non-stick after seasoning . Tinplate is 100% natural, durable, and recyclable .
