What is the return policy?
You can return your items within 15 days of receiving your order.
To submit a return request, you can:
- go through your customer interface, or
- send an email to contact@utileetordinaire.com specifying your order number and the items concerned.
Items must be returned:
- in their original packaging,
- unused and in perfect condition.
After receipt and verification of the items, the refund will be made within 48 hours.
Initial delivery charges are not refunded.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are prepared and shipped within 48 hours (except in exceptional circumstances).
Once shipped:
- Delivery is usually made within 48 hours with Colissimo
- or within 6 to 8 days with Mondial Relay
Please note that these deadlines are indicative and are not guaranteed, regardless of the shipping method chosen.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our items are manufactured in Japan, Greece, Great Britain, Portugal or Spain.
We carefully select each product, prioritizing the quality of the materials and the attention paid to their manufacturing. Our goal is to offer durable items, designed with exacting standards and expertise.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you make your purchase.
