Traditionally used in Japanese cuisine, the Zaru is a bamboo colander handcrafted from finely split and carefully woven fibers.

Thanks to its tight weave , it is extremely versatile:
It can be used as a colander, skimmer, fruit basket, or even a serving dish. A practical and aesthetically pleasing object, ideal for a natural and elegant kitchen.

Maintenance tips

• Allow to dry completely after each use
• Store in a well-ventilated place
• Avoid direct and prolonged exposure to the sun

⚠️ Before first use , it is recommended to soak the drainer in water for a few minutes to nourish the bamboo fibers.
