The measuring jug can be used to measure ingredients such as flour, sugar, milk, water or other hot or cold liquids.

The graduations inside the pitcher show deciliters on one side and quarters or eighths of a liter on the other.

Tip: The enamel measuring jug can also be used to precisely measure hot liquids such as milk (or water) for yeast dough or broth for risotto. However, it should only be used on a small burner because the bottom of the jug is narrow. If you are heating milk, be sure to add a little water to prevent it from burning.

Note : We recommend using wooden utensils to avoid damaging the pitcher's coating.
